Description  The Durango returns for 2005 as a carryover model after being redesigned for 2004. It is available in six modelsSXT and SLT V6 2WD, SXT and SLT V8 4WD, and Limited V8 2WD and 4WD. Standard equipment on the Dodge mid-size SUV includes air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, a CD Changer, heavy-duty suspension, 17-inch wheels and tires, and a 6400lb GVWR. The top of the line Limited trim includes leather seating surfaces, the Convenience Group (overhead console, cargo net, and garage door opener), a theft-deterrent system, power adjustable pedals, and an upgraded sound system with Infinity Speakers and MP3 compatibility. A 5.7L Hemi Magnum V8 engine is available on the SLT and Limited models.
