Description

For 2005, the V70 wagons return after making their 2004 debut. The V70 is offered in six models: 2.4, 2.5T, 2.5T AWD, XC70 AWD, T5, and the R AWD. The R AWD is powered by a turbocharged 2.5L in-line five cylinder engine that produces 300-hp and 295 lb.-ft. of torque and is mated to a six speed close ratio manual transmission. Also standard on the R AWD is a Four-C active chassis system that allows the driver to select from three separate settings: Comfort, Sport, or Advanced Sport. The T5 gets a boost of 10 horsepower to its 2.5L turbocharged engine. New exterior upgrades include clear lens headlamps, clear lens tail lamps, and chrome accents in the front bumper.
